Change of Mind: Please note - we do not accept returns or provide refunds due to a change of mind.  

Exchange/Refund Process

To request an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30-days of purchase, either via phone or email.
  2. Provide Evidence: Be prepared to provide your proof of purchase and any relevant details (e.g. images, batch, expiry) about the issue.
  3. Return the Product: If applicable, return of the product will be arranged with customer.  
  4. Exchange/Refund: Items eligible for exchange or refund will be processed within 14-days.
